Poetry Battle in addition to our monthly
Rap Attack. Well, cos, we’re all about the BigMusicBoard faithful were going to do as you ask and bring you both a kick-ass poetry battle and a raucous rap attack each and every month.
If you’re looking to unleash your inner wordsmith then why not take to the boards and dazzle us with your writing talent? While the Rap Attack faithful battle it out with their gangsta inspired lyrics, we’re giving you the chance to really open your heart and mind and really express yourself. We wanna know your inner most thoughts and feelings.
As always we’ve got some mad prizes for the winners so be sure to be as creative as you like, the more heartfelt the better!
You can write about anything you like as long as it flows, intrigues us and is 100% authentic.
The contest starts: 2nd September 2008 Cut off date for entries: 30th September 2008 The details: The poem can be as short or as long as you need to express yourself to the other BigMusicBoard members. Try not to let your flow be whack just let go – impress us with your creativity!
Entries are open from now until the end of the month and you can submit multiple entries. The limit is 5 entries per person. To submit your poems just head over to the BigMusicBoard poetry battle forum and reply to the SUBMIT HERE thread. Be sure to enter the name of the poem in the title and put your poem in the content section.
The rules: Keep it clean people and keep the love for your other members - no disrespectin!
You can get your mates to vote for you but don’t be creating fake accounts cos that ain’t cool and will get you ass disqualified quick as!
How to Submit Your Poems!
To submit your entry simply click on the September
SUBMIT HERE thread, hit reply, paste your poem and hit submit! It's as easy as that!
