Ok I understand the permission aspect of the suit, but still underlying is him not selling the way he wants to. Apple is most definitely in the wrong, and they should be sued, however if there is only one decent song on his album I will not buy it. My money is important to me, and I’m not trying to line his pockets. All artists not just Hip-Hop, has to start doing a better job, because fans have become smarter when it comes to their money, and they are not going to just buy on impulse.

I understand Eminem's view on downloading music totally but if I were a music artist I wouldn't be against people downloading my music that much I don't think.

laker i know what u mean but is their work, they spend money making that too, so it doesnt have to be free, and anyways eminem is not the only artist in the world, and he has the right to be against ppl that download the music free when he spend his time and money making it,
thats my opinion if i were a millionaire like eminem i wouldnt be against those ppl but at least to get some money right? is their business anyways, to get money thats how they live, so anyways
